Duclair Duck. ( Hybrid )
Duclair Ducks originated in Normandy, France.
A white patch is always found in the neck region . The plumage is stacked with dry black feathers. The drakes of this breed weigh in at about 6-7 pounds, and the females weigh in at about 5-6 pounds. Duclair ducks lay about 80-100 eggs or more very year. The eggs are dark green and weigh about 60-65g. This breed is categorized as a good forager. They feed on slugs and snails.
