Feature:
Bright red body is covered with fine hairs, giving it a velvety appearance. The small eyes are located on stalks.
Small insects and insect eggs.
4 mm.
In loose soil, on stones, garden paths etc.
March - October.
The larvae attach themselves to insects and other spiders. They feed on body fluids and evenyually drop off as nymphs resembling the adult
